Returns for exchange or merchandise credit only within 14 days of delivery, no refunds. If the content of the order is incorrect or arrives damaged, an exchange will be issued. Books must have original protective packaging intact and be returned to initial place of purchase. 1. Before lighting, remove all packaging materials and ensure the candle is free of debris such as matches and wick trimmings.
2. To get the most out of your candle, burn it for 2-3 hours at a time to maintain an even melt pool. Be mindful that the vessel will become hot while the candle is burning. Always allow the candle to cool fully before relighting, and avoid allowing the flame to touch the sides of the vessel.
3. If you notice any black smoke, trim the wick to no more than 5mm to maintain a clean and steady burn.
4. Always protect the surface beneath your candle (with a wood or ceramic plate, for example), and avoid burning it all the way to the bottom. Place it away from drafty areas to ensure an even burn.
5. Following these guidelines will help prevent personal injury and property damage while ensuring a longer-lasting, more fragrant experience.
