Dazzling displays of Flamme Dorée illuminated the second floor of Maison Assouline last night as Le Creuset executives, journalists, and VIP guests gathered for the launch of "Le Creuset: A Century of Colorful Cookware." The iconic enameled pieces cast a warm glow throughout the venue, complemented by stunning spring floral arrangements in matching hues, creating an impeccable tablescape featuring the brand's signature cookware collection.
Le Creuset director Paulo van Zuydam headlined the evening, joined by brand executives Christopher Scinto and Nate Collier. The glittering guest list featured food connoisseurs Zena Kamgaing, Seema Panjhania, and Romany Henry, alongside lifestyle tastemakers Nick-Howard Lanes, and Kerry Walker, amongst others. Maison Assouline director James Lachica-Duncan and bar manager Gabor Onufer were also spotted mingling with attendees.
Renowned London chef Matthew Ryle, who leads the kitchen at Maison François, impressed guests with an exceptional tasting menu. His culinary expertise shone through each masterful dish, from perfectly seared scallops and lobster bisque to a delightful raspberry clafoutis finished with pistachio and crème fraiche. Each course arrived on Le Creuset's signature cookware, offering guests an unforgettable dining experience that celebrated the brand's culinary heritage.
